Before the draft the 2007 season winner, Eric “The Poap” Schoonover, (your better in every way) was honored in a brief trophy presentation.

Presenting the trophy is the less honorable commissioner of the LP3, Bill “don’t call me toots” Krieger:

Draft. Done.

Here’s the results: LetsPlay3 2008 Draft Results

Our Yahoo league is up and running and games start tonight with Braves at the Nats.

It doesn’t look to me like the games in Japan will count in our week 1 contests. That makes sense since we didn’t even have teams, let alone lineups.

Hey all,

The draft is Saturday March 29 at 3:00 pm. As usual:

  • The location is Castle BillSkull
  • Be on time
  • Bring your kid(s)… we’ll lock them downstairs or outside for the duration of the draft
  • The post-draft part will likely include pizza and poker.

OK, the draft order is:

  1. Brad
  2. Jay

  3. A new guy
  4. Another new guy
  5. Greg
  6. Chris the commish
  7. Bill
  8. Eric

In fact, any new guys will draft after the non-playoff teams from last year and the playoff teams.

$50 to play, except Chris.
